Welcome! My name is Sabrina. My personal journey with yoga has helped me reconnect to my body and discover the power of my breath. When I began studying social work, I knew I wanted to offer yoga to empower others to recover from trauma and build stronger communities. Through my yoga and social work journey, I have come to realize my ultimate dream is to start a non-profit yoga and therapy center for trauma survivors.
Today, I wear many hats. I am the owner of Holistic Healing & Wellness with Sabrina. HHWS offers therapy services, Shanti Stones by Sabrina & Resilience Yoga with Sabrina.
